Intel Displays Smart-and-Connected Internet of Things Technology (B-roll)





The smart-and-connected city of the future is on display at Mobile World Congress. Using Intel® IoT Gateways and the Wind River Helix portfolio of IoT technologies, Intel is showing companies and public agencies how they can monitor in real time power generation and consumption, industrial processes, and even train arrivals and departures. They can then use that data to keep factories, transit, and buildings operating at peak efficiency.

Atlas, The Next Generation





Boston Dynamics



A new version of Atlas, designed to operate outdoors and inside buildings. It is electrically powered and hydraulically actuated. It uses sensors in its body and legs to balance and LIDAR and stereo sensors in its head to avoid obstacles, assess the terrain and help with navigation. This version of Atlas is about 5' 9" tall (about a head shorter than the DRC Atlas) and weighs 180 lbs.
